Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your order!
In case you face a problem with any of our products please do not hesitate contacting us through the website's contact form.
Please keep in mind that:
- All of CHOE's product line is entirely hand poured and hand crafted and
every candle is being made only after your request.
- We accept returns of only defective, unused products.
- In that case we are willing to replace your item with the exact same product.
- We have a 14 day return policy. If that date has expired, unfortunately
we are unable to accept the return.
- To complete your return, we require the according receipt.
We in any case prioritize your content!
Defective products
All of our products are handcrafted with excessive care and therefore defects rarely ever occur.
Please keep in mind that fairly light particularities in a product's finish, light color shade differences and/or light differences in the texture of textile or wood are not consider as a defect.
In any other case of defect, following our return policy, we would be willing to replace your item with the exact same product or even refund you with the full amount.
